Hair Alchemy Policy Statements

Cancellation Policy

To reserve services at Hair Alchemy, a complete client profile is required on our booking platform, Vagaro. Guests can create their profiles online or contact the salon for assistance.

 

Each profile must include a first and last name, cell phone number, email address, and a valid debit or credit card. While no deposit is required to book an appointment, we do have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.

 

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment or cancel within 24-hours of their scheduled date and time will be charged the full cost of the reserved services to the card on file. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible experience for all our guests.

Child Policy

At Hair Alchemy, we are committed to providing a relaxing and upscale experience for all our guests. In order to preserve this atmosphere, we kindly ask that children under the age of 12 not be brought to the salon.

 

Clients who arrive with children will need to reschedule their appointment, and the card on file will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy (see above). We understand this policy may require additional planning, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the serene environment our salon is known for.

Salon Etiquette

We are pleased to offer private, high-speed internet access for all our guests and welcome you to connect your phones, laptops, and other electronic devices while at the salon.

 

To ensure a comfortable and relaxing environment for everyone, we kindly ask that devices not be used on speaker. We encourage guests to bring headphones to avoid disturbing those around them.

 

Clients using devices on speaker will be asked to disable the speaker function and those who do not comply will be asked to leave. Thank you for helping us maintain a serene and enjoyable atmosphere for all.
